ALERT

School Building Closures: In accordance with our many school district partners across the U.S., many Camelot Education school buildings will be closed starting Monday, March 16, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

During this time, school buildings will be closed to all students, and families should not send their children to schools. School-sponsored activities, events, field trips, and athletic events are also canceled during this time.

Camelot will continue to provide educational services to our students through an e-learning (web-based distance learning) platform. If you have questions about the e-learning program at your school building, please contact the school’s leadership team. You can find school contact information using our School Finder.

We are carefully monitoring and are focused on information and recommendations from the WHO, CDC, as well as our school district partners and local and state health officials.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding during these uncertain times.

CAMELOT EDUCATION PARTNERS WITH PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO SERVE VULNERABLE STUDENTS WITH SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING PROGRAMS

Camelot Education is deeply committed to the academic achievement, social and life success of our nation’s most underserved students.  With our social emotional learning-centered school design model, our work focuses on helping school districts support students who are grappling with the effects of extreme poverty, trauma and insecurity.  Often these students struggle to engage successfully in school or have already disengaged from the educational process.

Camelot’s services include a full range of solutions tailored to the varying needs of our district partners. Our solutions include setting up and running high-performing schools for our district partners, setting up and running classrooms or programs embedded in the district’s existing schools, embedding key staff to help districts address acute challenges, and providing comprehensive professional learning solutions to help the district’s existing staff develop a stronger school culture of connection, belonging, engagement and academic achievement for their most challenged students.
